The "ASK-3000T" is a free-cutting stainless steel that enhances machinability beyond SUS303 by increasing sulfur (S) in a base steel of SUS304 and adding tellurium (Te). It combines the characteristics of both SUS304 and SUS303. The increase in nickel (Ni) makes it less likely for the permeability to deteriorate after cold working. The "ASK-3200" is a ferritic ultra-cutting stainless steel based on SUS430, with astonishing improvements in machinability and corrosion resistance. It is a hybrid stainless steel that combines excellent machinability with corrosion resistance comparable to austenitic stainless steel. By adding S, Pb, and Te, it achieves more than double the machinability of SUS303. The "ASK-3200R" is a ferritic ultra-cutting stainless steel that achieves machining performance and corrosion resistance equivalent to conventional steel grades without the addition of lead (Pb).
